As Property Manager at Hailey Realty Company, Mel spearheads all things property, managing up to 1,000,000 SF. A natural problem solver, tenant interface, vendor service negotiator and agreement facilitator, she continues to love her job, particularly because no two days or circumstances are the same. Prior to joining the Hailey Realty team in December of 2006, Mel began her career in commercial real estate with Crawford Properties in 1993, earning her real estate agent license in 2004.

A Central Michigan University Alum, partner to Ken and mother of two grown sons, Mel has called the state of Georgia home since 1991.
