As Founder and Chairman Emeritus, Larry founded Hailey Realty Company in 1969. He began his career in commercial real estate in 1961 with Allan-Grayson Realty Company, one of Atlanta’s premier commercial real estate firms at that time, focused on the sale, leasing and management of urban office and industrial properties. Larry has brokered the sale of many prominent suburban office parks, industrial buildings and land assemblages, forming numerous partnerships over the years to purchase industrial buildings which the company manages and leases to this day. A native Atlantan and Emory University & Emory Law School alumni, Larry’s 60+ year career has involved thousands of lease and sale transactions.

Larry was the first recipient of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Silver Phoenix Award recognizing 25 years of continuous achievement in the Board’s Million Dollar Club. He has served as a director of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, as director of the Buckhead Coalition and represents the Coalition on the Atlanta Police Foundation. Larry and his wife reside in Peachtree Hills.
