As President and Co-Owner, Jay joined Hailey Realty Company in 1992 to oversee its industrial brokerage group’s daily operations. He brings over 30 years’ experience to serving clients’ brokerage and property management needs. Jay also runs Investment Resource Partners, an Atlanta based real estate investment company focused primarily on industrial property acquisitions and operations. Jay’s unique experience as a broker, manager and owner gives him an all-encompassing prospective in analyzing real estate solutions.

An Atlanta resident and University of Georgia alumni, Jay currently resides in Vinings with his wife, LeeAnn. They have three grown children and are actively involved in Young Life and Leadership Ministries.
