As Executive Vice President at Hailey Realty Company, Howard serves as a consistent top producing agent and has been involved in over $130,000,000 transactions across his 35+ year tenure. Joining the company in 1985 as an office property specialist concentrated in tenant representation and office property acquisition, he has successfully grown business and client relationships ever since. Howard is an active member of the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR) and served as a past Georgia Chapter President.

A native Atlantan, Howard is an alum of The Lovett School and Hampden-Sydney College, where he graduated with a BA in Economics. He is an associate broker and Life Member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club where he has been awarded the Club’s Phoenix Award, Silver Phoenix Award and President’s Award. Howard remains continually active with the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors where he has served on the Board of Directors, as head of the Commercial Forms Committee for many years and numerous other committees including the Professional Standards Committee and the Arbitration Committee. Father to two grown children, Howard currently resides in Sandy Springs with his wife, Stacy.
