Biography

Michael is an associate with Hailey Realty Company. Michael Beck Joined Hailey Realty Company in 2007 as an industrial and office specialist with a primary focus in tenant representation services. Michael is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, and Young Council of Realtors.

Career History

Michael started his career in 2003 originating and underwriting mortgages for a national bank. He joined Hailey Realty Company in 2007 to specialize in Tenant Representation but has also grown his business to include the leasing responsibilities of over 700,000 sq ft of office and industrial product for several local and regional owners including BB&T Corp.

In the last 24 months Michael has completed over 25 real estate transactions. Some recent notable transactions include: 71,000 sq ft long term lease renewal for HVB Power Systems, 24,000 sq ft lease negotiation for Impulse Technology, 16,000 sq ft relocation for Source Support Services, 11,000 sq ft relocation for Service Master Clean, 8,000 sq ft relocation for Seneca Data Corp.

Michael grew up in Cedartown, GA and attended Darlington School before going on to graduate from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business with a degree in Finance.
